Okay, on with the review and swatches! I didn't own any MAC lipsticks before I bought these two. Both of these colors are very versatile and wearable for everyday or night. If you want these to show up true to color and your lips are naturally pigmented like mine, you may want to apply a lip primer to kind of "blank" them out. I didn't do that for these swatches.

First, is "Creme D' Nude". Very creamy, light nude color. This one is a cremesheen finish. There is no shimmer, but it does give a dewy, but not shiny look to the lips.

Now onto the color "Snob". I stopped by my MAC counter to get the Viva Glam Gaga and of course they were all sold out. I asked for a dupe and this is what I got. Other than a slight difference in the finish, this is as close as it gets! This is a satin finish that's very creamy, but dries to a sort of matte finish. Nude baby pink in color and I can go for hours without a touch up.

These are $14 each at your local MAC counter at Macy's, MAC Store, or online at www.maccosmetics.com. I highly recommend MAC lipsticks because you do get your money's worth and you can "back to MAC" the empty containers!!!!

Still GlamorUs Cosmetics Collection/Swatches

OK Kasey...your line is what I have the most of in my makeup collection! I usually don't have extra cash to spend on makeup, but I try to broaden my collection and seriously girls, I have more pigments from Still GlamorUs Cosmetics than any other brand of makeup. Actually, I had never used pigments until I ordered these and let me tell you, I love pigments now! These pigments are very silky to the touch, but have a wonderful staying power.

The first set I ordered back in 2009 was the Playlist Collection. Some of those colors are no longer on the website. Then a few months ago, I received the color Heirloom as a prize for naming that color! I just ordered some more colors during the one year anniversary sale, which was a great deal at just $4 per pigment. I now how have two of the Indelible Gel Liners which are available from many different companies, but Kasey's price is definitely one of the most reasonably priced. I love them! Urban Decay Sustainable Shadow Box Swatches!

I finally got my hands on some Urban Decay! I got the Urban Decay Sustainable Shadow Box which comes in a super cute bamboo box. The top lid is magnetic and swivels open. I really like that feature because it's very easy to open, but just sturdy enough to stay shut. The non glittery colors are very creamy and apply so smoothly. Color payoff is impressive, except for the purple color "Flash". I had to really build that color and it's not as intense on the skin (even over a white base) as it looks in the pan. There are five colors that have glitter (Grifter, Uzi, Midnight Cowboy Rides Again, Oil Slick, and Kiddie Pool) and are a bit chunky in texture. The brush it comes with is very slim and would be great for detail work. Overall, I really like this addition to my collection! You can purchase these at or your nearest Ulta store. Mica Bella Pigment Swatches

Hey my makeup partners in crime! I finally got around to swatching these Mica Bella pigments I got for Christmas. I've been sick and my kids have been sick, so not a lot of makeup stuff happening! Ok, so my husband picked these up for me along with 4 bronzers (not shown) all for $40! How cheap you ask? The mall kiosk was closing shop and getting rid of inventory at a steap discount. Woooot! I'll take it!

Now, I haven't done a look with these yet, but I did do a little test yesterday. I applied the color "Cadence" on one lid with out a primer and one with a primer. I had it on for about 4 hours (totally forgot I had it on!). 9pm rolls around and I run to the mirror....whatdya know, the eye without primer creased like a mother! The eye with primer hadn't creased at all and I used a drug store primer (L'Oreal DeCrease). Anyhoo I'll go ahead and describe the colors that I do have along with swatch photos! The white base I used was NYX jumbo pencil in "Milk".

#98 Cadence: This color is a very deep brown with green reflects. As you can see, it looks brown on the left side, but when put over a creamy base, the green in the pigment comes alive.

#58 Moss: This color is just as it sounds. It's an earthy golden green. Again, more vibrant with a base.

#107 Lucky: This one is a bright lime green, especially over the creamy base.

#88 Vibrance: A bright, almost neon blue.

#28 Rendevous: Very soft crystal pink/rose color.

#37 Sunset: This one is a very dusty rose/burgundy color.

Lastly, this is what the colors look like in the container (with flash):

If these weren't on sale, they wouldn't have been purchased. They're VERY pricey on the website at a whopping $14.95 for 2.5 grams!!!! See for yourself . I hope these swatches were helpful. Thanks for reading and stay tuned......

Okay, so I am new to this blog thing. Hopefully I am doing it right! Anyhoo, welcome!!!! As you can see over in the side, my name is Priscilla. My nickname to most everyone growing up was Cilla, so there ya go! I grew up as the baby of the family with 5 other siblings, 2 of those being sisters that are 11 and 12 years older than me. Yep, I was their little dress up doll! Makeup, dresses, heels, hairbows, and Bon Jovi lip synched bedroom concerts....I was an 80's child through and through! SO, point is I've always had this etched-in-my-brain love for beauty and music!

I started making YouTube videos about a year ago because some friends were asking me how I did my makeup in this picture or that. Considering all my friends and family are in KY (almost 1,000 miles from me in Boston), what better way than video tutorials!
